The daily Pop-Ups are on a much bigger scale this year and located at the front of the hall, we have a showstopper each day. Monday is New Zealand’s time to shine with over 60 wines, 20 grape varieties and ten wine producing regions represented. South Africa takes over on Tuesday to showcase something for literally every portfolio. With strong sustainability credentials shining through and everything from Cap Classique style, to wines from the Stellenbosch Cabernet Collective, this will be the broadest showing of South African wines at LWF in a decade. The baton is passed to Georgia for Wednesday and the IWSC will host 14 tables of their Award-Winning Georgian wines. All wines thus helpfully pre-approved by the stellar IWSC judging panel.
