• When is the London Wine Fair Taking Place?

    The London Wine Fair is taking place on the 20th - 22nd May 2024.

    Opening times are:

    Monday 20th May: 10:00 - 18:00

    Tuesday 21st May: 10:00 - 18:00

    Wednesday 22nd May: 10:00 - 17:00

  • How do I register for the event?

    Registration is open for the London Wine Fair 2024, and you can register by clicking the link on the button below. 


  • Do I need to work in the drinks industry to attend?

    Yes, London Wine Fair is a strictly professional, B2B event. All ticket applications are verified before a ticket can be issued.

  • How much does it cost to attend?

    The London Wine Fair costs £49.50 to attend for the three days

    You can also purchase a day ticket which allows entry to one day of the Fair. This is priced at £29.50.

    Group tickets are also available and cost £247.50 for a group of 6. 

    Tickets are free of charge for VIP's, verified Wine Media, Master of Wine and Master Sommeliers.

  • Are under 18s or babies allowed entry?

    Unfortunately, due to our venue license and insurance, we are unable to allow entry to The Grand Hall to under 18s.

    However, there is a dedicated parent and baby room provided in the Organisers Office. Parents will be shown to the room by a member of the team.

  • Are dogs allowed entry?

    The only dogs permitted at London Wine Fair are assistance dogs.

  • Badges

    The smart badges which you need to gain entry can only be printed on arrival, when you check-in at Olympia. At the entrance to the Grand Hall you will be met by our friendly onsite registration team at ten check-in desks.

    To print your badge at the check-in desks please do any of the following:

    1)        Type in your unique confirmation code and click to print your badge.

    2)        Type in your email address to locate your registration and click to print your badge.

    3)        Enjoy a contactless check-in and display your QR code in front of the scanner and your smart badge is retrieved and printed in seconds. You QR code should have been sent to you from registration@londonwinefair.com. Please check your spam messages if you cannot locate it in your inbox. 

    A single day LWF ticket is only redeemable for use on one day. If you wish to upgrade your LWF ticket in order to attend sessions on multiple days, please fill in the form here.


  • Can I register on the day of the Fair?

    Yes, you can indeed. You will still need to pay for you ticket (one day ticket rate - £29.50, or 3-day ticket rate £49.50). The registration staff at the entrance of the Fair will be able to help you with registering and payment

  • When will I receive my ticket?

    All LWF tickets will be available for printing when you arrive at the London Wine Fair. You will not be able to print your ticket in advance. Please bring along your confirmation email (either on your phone/tablet or printed). 

  • What can I do if I can no longer attend?

    All London Wine Fair tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please fill in the enquiry form here.
