Six esteemed producers - Património Wines, Manzwine, Quinta da Casaboa, Adega da Vermelha, Rubigo Wines and Enoport Wines – spotlighted the region’s unique character, from coastal vineyards to rolling hills, shaped by centuries of winemaking tradition.
The Wines of Lisboa stand showcased a vibrant selection of wines that celebrated the region’s rich winemaking heritage. During the event, Francisco Toscano Rico, President of Wines of Lisboa and board member Carlos João Pereira da Fonseca emphasised the remarkable geographical diversity and distinctive terroirs that define Lisboa’s unique character.
The UK remains Lisboa’s second most important export market, following the United States, with around 80% of production reaching international destinations. As such, the London Wine Fair provided an invaluable opportunity to meet importers, sommeliers and media, resulting in enthusiastic feedback that underscored the region’s growing reputation for quality and value.
Through its strong presence at the fair, Wines of Lisboa reaffirmed its position as one of Portugal’s most dynamic and export-ready regions - where nature, tradition and innovation combine to create wines that truly embody the essence of the Atlantic.
