Getting to grips with Bacchus, the UK favourite aromatic grape

The UK's most popular still wine, Bacchus is highly successful due to its unique varietal character. In this masterclass we will examine the aromas and flavours of Bacchus, so we can see what makes it special and why is championed by so many Wine GB growers? Tony will present an insightful scientific presentation into Bacchus wine quality as well as sharing a tasting of Plumpton College’s Bacchus fermentation trials!
