There are numerous opportunities for sponsorship at the Fair at a
range of investment levels. See below for full details.
'Starred' Packages (those listed accompanied by
' * ') indicate that in addition to the described package, as a
headline sponsor, the company will also receive acknowledgement in:
Grapevine newsletter, the ExCeL boulevard banner, the event
catalogue, the website, and in the Grapevine's floorplan.

BADGE SPONSORSHIP*
- Exclusive branding of 25,000 visitor badges.
To include: logo on all visitor badges (go green, pre-registered
and pick up onsite) and on the confirmation registration email.
Cost: £8,500
OR
- Exclusive branding of the registration e-mail sent to 22,000
pre-registered visitors. Cost: £5,000
- Exclusive branding of Exhibitor badges to be sent pre-show to
5,000 exhibitors. Cost £3,000
LANYARDS*
To include: production of 15,000 lanyards for all
visitors.

communications sent to Club Elite members. Plus pouring rights in
the lounge. Club Elite is the VIP buyers' club that operates during

Club lounge, dining room and facilities throughout the event.

THE AFTER SHOW PARTY*
Sponsor the exhibitor / VIP buyer party at the end of the
opening day to LIWF.
To include: logo on venue signage, logo on invite, branding in
reception (invites go to 150 wine industry buyers &
